Tell your City-County Councillor how you feel. They do care about the opinions of their constituents and they will listen. Tell them you expect better enforcement of current ordinances and ask them to find the support that Animal Care and Control needs.

Let the Mayor know that you have opinions and that you vote. The best way to reach a politician is with your vote. Indy Pit Crew does not support or endorse political candidates, but we do encourage all dog owners to educate themselves on the issues facing dog ownership and how they can be affected by politics.

Watch the Local News and Demand Fairness and Accuracy in Reporting
When our local news plays into the “pit bull frenzy” with sensational and inaccurate or biased reporting, contact them. Let them know you are watching and that you expect better coverage. Educate them!
